Is CBD legal?

CBD is completely legal in all 50 states.On the federal level, the AgricultureImprovement Act of 2018 (Farm Bill) removed cannabis derivatives (Hemp) that are very low in THC from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act(CSA). On the state level, some jurisdictions have eliminated certain prohibitions on cannabis-derived compounds. Here in Texas, House Bill 1325, which passed overwhelmingly in both the Texas House and Senate, legalizes industrial hemp production.

How is hemp different from Marijuana?

Hemp is not marijuana and it will not get you ‘high.’ Hemp, or industrial hemp, is acommonly used term for cannabis sativa plant strains which contain very low levels oftetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and are typically used for its fiber and seeds.

What is your policy on returned products and refunds?

If a product has arrived in a damaged state, we will accept any request for refunds and returned packages within 10 business days of purchase. So long as you have contacted our shop within the first 10 business days, we will accept the returned product and refund.

Should you wish the product to be replaced, we will happily resend you the same product originally ordered once the original damaged product has been returned within the first 15 days of purchase.

Why am I not feeling the desired affect?

Will CBD affect my mental capabilities?

Will CBD show up on a drug test?

It depends. Our CBD products labeled as “CBD Isolate Products,” do not contain anyTHC. However, some drug tests can’t differentiate among cannabinoids. CBD is fromplants (hemp) in the cannabis family. Therefore we cannot guarantee CBD will not showup. If you expect to take a drug test, we recommend not taking any CBD products.
